Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. Staffs were super friendly and the restaurant there was also great, we had dinner there one night and the food were very delicately made and delicious, highly recommended. However the only let down would be the spa, booking was hard to make and with very limited services due to short of staffs i think. It can be slightly better i feel.

Good location, it is in the old quarter, near to the sightseeing area (2 mins walk to the lake), you can find anything you need near the hotel. The hotel is new, it looks grand. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing to improve is the shower, the water temperature and the flow is not stable.
